 Q : Do you ship worldwide?A:  Yes, but not all items. Here are some categories we do NOT ship outside the U.S

  • Perfume
  • Food & beverages
  • And any items that do not include shipping options for international shipping.


Q : How much is the shipping fee?A : We have 2 simple standard shipping fee’s.$3.99 for Cell phone cases and fashion jewelry.  $6.99 for everything else.


Q: Where do you ship from?A: For U.S orders, we ship from our warehouse in North Carolina, excluding cell phone accessories. For Cell phone accessories, we ship from our international center in Hong Kong.


For international orders, we ship from our international center in Hong Kong.


Q: What is your average shipping time?A:  Our standard shipping time is approximately 2 to 7 business days for U.S shipments and approximately 7 to 14 business days for international orders. Some countries may experience longer shipping time, due to issues related to customs clearance.


Q : Do you take refunds or exchanges?A : Yes. please check our refund policy.  Here is some brief information. We accept refunds within 7 days upon item delivery.   Procedure:
Notify us within 7 days upon item delivery date.


Once you receive an RMA number, have your customer return the item to our warehouse within 5 business days along and inform us with the return tracking number.


Once we receive the item, our team will examine for unused, unaltered with no damage or signs of use.  You will then receive an email with a confirmation and a refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.


For exchanges, please notify us by email.  You will need to notify us within 7 days from the item delivery date.
