 Q: I signed up with Dropship Mike, should I join Onetify Pro Plan as well?

A: We recommend that you sign up for both, Dropship Mike offers a portion of our catalog only.  With Onetify you have access to our complete catalog.  You also receive exclusive discounts as a Onetify Pro Plan member, enjoy savings up to 50% off.  Learn more about our Pro Plan here.


Q : Do I get more discount if I dropship directly on Onetify?

A: Yes, if you join a Pro Plan you will get up to 50% off our listed price on Onetify.  After discounts, the price is less than your cost on Dropship mike.  There is a payment processing fee included in the price on Dropship Mike.  You can learn more about our Pro Plan here.


Q: How long the is processing time?

A: Each order requires an average1 to 3 business days processing time. Some item's may require more, you will be notified in advance if that is the case.


Q: I placed an order but why does it still show processing?

A: When a payment is processed, F13works will take approx. 1 day to verify the payment before the order is synced over.

A:  Your payment processing is handled by F13works.


Q : Do you ship worldwide?

A:  Yes, but not all items. Here are some categories we do NOT ship outside the U.S

  • Perfume
  • Food & beverages
  • And any items that do not include shipping options for international shipping.


Q : How much is the shipping fee?

A : We have 2 simple standard shipping fee’s.$3.99 for Cell phone cases and fashion jewelry.  $6.99 for everything else.


Q: Where do you ship from?

A: For U.S orders, we ship from our warehouse in North Carolina, excluding cell phone accessories. For Cell phone accessories, we ship from our international center in Hong Kong.

For international orders, we ship from our international center in Hong Kong.


Q: What is your average shipping time?

A:  Our standard shipping time is approximately 2 to 7 business days for U.S shipments and approximately 7 to 14 business days for international orders. Some countries may experience longer shipping time, due to issues related to customs clearance.


Q : Do you take refunds or exchanges?

A : Yes. please check our refund policy.  Here is some brief information. We accept refunds within 7 days upon item delivery.   Procedure:
Notify us within 7 days upon item delivery date.


Once you receive an RMA number, have your customer return the item to our warehouse within 5 business days along and inform us with the return tracking number.


Once we receive the item, our team will examine for unused, unaltered with no damage or signs of use.  You will then receive an email with a confirmation and a refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.


For exchanges, please notify us by email.  You will need to notify us within 7 days from the item delivery date.
